This course will equip you to manage organisational investigations into safeguarding concerns. You will learn how to develop risk assessments and terms of reference and receive practical guidance on appointing an investigation team, reporting and managing stakeholder relationships.
This course will not train you to become a safeguarding investigator. It will equip you to manage the investigation process - to oversee the required steps and follow key principles of conducting an investigation.
This course will be delivered entirely online, through facilitated live sessions (using Zoom) as well as individual and group activities on the Bond learning platform. We work hard to make sure you get the same level of interaction and facilitator support as you would in our training room. You’ll work in breakout rooms, use case studies, co-create documents and even take part in role play – all online.
